Easter Weekend

i feel awful, i haven't blogged in a week!! But just to catch you up on things, Wednesday was my "Senior Dinner" with the Relief Society! It was all good and what not, but a little bit boring. Just made me more excited to be graduating and go into the singles ward!

Thursday, i hopped on a plane and flew to Utah for this wonderful Easter weekend. Went to iHop, which I am pretty sure happens to be a tradition for my family.

Friday, I spent some time with my dear mother. We drove to UVU got me switched to Fall Semester and walked the halls of my soon to be school. Which is where i saw the cutest boy and got that much more excited about going to UVU...sue me :) My sweet mom then took me to thee cutest little cupcake house "The Chocolate". Can I just tell you how Adorable that place is!! We ordered four little cupcakes and a Cazookie. (White Chocolate Macadamia Nut)! Simply mouth watering. My mother & I, then sat and enjoyed each others presences and my talking for over an hour over boys and the such.

Saturday, Went to the Women's Expo with my mom! Oh what a dangerous place that can be, but again it was so good to spend time with my mom! We then picked up my brother, went to lunch, then to visit my sister. I love my family. I love my sister despite what choices have been made. I love her so much that it makes my heart ache. Yesterday, I really just wanted to stay home and cry. Heavenly Father must have a special plan for my family. No matter what trials or heart ache gets pushed our way, we are still the most loving family. I am not sure what other family would be so loving and accepting if they were to handle what we, The Johnson Fam, go through.

Sunday, glorious Easter Sunday, He is Risen. I love this gospel. I truly do appreciate now the Selfless act of Jesus dying on the cross for us. Because of which we may now obtain the blessing that come from the atonement. I love this Gospel. The Joy and Peace that it brings to my life is incredible!

Happy Easter!
