No air.

Working at a gym provides me with several opportunities to do what we as a human race do without realizing, "people watch". Well nevermind what I just said, that is not what this post is about.About two days ago i went to go workout out before work. I did my normal work out, a little cardio and some weight lifting. Something seemed "off" though.  This time I was sweating bullets! "What is my problem today!?" I thought to myself. I guess I'm just working a lot harder than usual.. Finish my work out, head home and run straight into the shower. (I hate feeling drenched in my own sweat) I arrive back at the gym were I was then informed that our A/C is broke. Okay, that had explained why I was sweating a waterfall on my face. But i thought to myself that it wasn't going to be so bad since I'm not working out all day. I'm just simply standing at the front desk. Boy, was I wrong! I was sweating just standing there.! Throughout the entire day I had several members come up to the front desk and rant on about how it's so hot etc etc. While others, (the big Lunks) were ecstatic to have no A/C. Their reasoning for being so happy about it...they sweat more..aka they loose more weight. Sure that is a fantastic thing for you but for us workers standing at the front desk not working out and still sweating, it's not so fantastic.  Needless to say every single person that walked out of my gym was showering in their own sweat. As for myself, I went home with a little case of heat stroke and a sweaty back. Not fun. Next time the A/C decides to stop working at my gym, my hair will be up, not curled, and I will be wearing shorts. Not pants.
